91 OMC 3.0 corbra will not start

I recently purchased a 91 Chris craft concept with an OMC 3.0 cobra engine. We have taken the boat out a number of times without a problem. Now it will not start all I get is a click in the engine and nothing else. I have ran through most of the normal stuff, battery, solonoid, fuses. What else should I look for before replacing the starter?

Bad Grounds(-)....

Maybe bench test the starter before heading out to the Parts store....
