90 optimax alarm

I have an 06 90 optimal, keeps giving me an alarm at about 4000-4200rpms. It is crazy it I try to get the boat on plane fast it gives it to me if I keep it under 3800 rpm, it won't and when I get on plane I can run wide open. Have changed the tps, plugs, and coils and wires. Think it has to be temp related. Have water pissing just fine.

How many and short or long beeps. Its a code that gives a indication of the problem.
