90 mercury bogs out at high speeds

My six cylinder, 90 mercury runs great at low speeds, it bogs out or misses at high speeds.

Could be that you need to do a decarb,and check your fuel lines from the tank to the carbs.<br />Does the bulb get soft? and are the plugs clean?

thanks!<br />I have changed the spark plugs, and pulled the hose off and checked the fuel pump. so the problem must be in one of the carborators, possibly a float?
