I have a 1983 90 HP Evinrude V4, 3 weeks ago I took it out fishing and busted a fuel line so I limped it back, now when I take it out it doesn't run at full power. It runs smooth with no missing but no power. I replaced the gas, cleaned the fuel filter and also did a compression test and all 4 are reading 110 psi. A couple of years ago I had to replace the right side head gasket (blew it) and it ran great ever since up until a few weeeks ago.<br />Any help would be greatly appreciated.<br /><br />Thanks <br />Skeeter
