problem: my 75 9.9 sea horse starts great, idles good ,and trotles up just fine but if I'm doing laps around the pond or full throtle for more them fifteen minute and throtle down it runs dogish. I've got good plugs gaped right,carb is clean float does not stick, and the coils are strong. some help if you can.
