9.9 force no power

I have a 1986 9.9 force, It runs great but only runs half power while moving. the compression is 110 in both cylinder and no leak down. I have also replaced both coil's and still won't plane a 14 ft out? Is their power reeds that could go bad? It was running good and use to push a 14ft just fine but all of a sudden lost power, It did this a couple of time's then just lost every thing. Runs fine, just no power. It has New gas and new plugs

I think you may find one plug is not firing.
Pull one plug wire at a time and ground it.see if motor runs.
If reeds are bad you would usually notice chuffing or puffing out the carb probably more noticeable at idle.

Both plugs are fireing, but I do get a back fire out of the carb at Idle off and on.
