9.8 hp mercury

I have a 9.8 hp mercury and i have been seeing people asking questions about there (110) 9.8 hp mercury motor, what does that 110 number mean because i cant find a 110 number on my motor.

Hi,

Same engine, different years. So they have a different decal on the hood.
Yours is newer than the others.
