I am replacing my impeller in my outboard and had to replace the bearing housing assy what lube do i use

You should always let us know the year as well as the H.P. Not sure what a bearing housing assembly is but have a look at this link and find your year and then the 9.5 model and finally the gear case and see if you can I.D. it in the parts list. For most things I use Mercury Marine Lubricant 2-4-c with teflon and I bought it at the OMC dealership. It seems to be a good gen. purpose grease. Best of luck. Rick.

All 9.5 models from 1964 through 1973 use high-viscosity marine gear oil; OEM is Hi Vis.
