Well the rebuild is pretty much done. Its running very well and strong. All the rot and wet foam is out!! My plan moving foward is to have the hull wrapped next week and to have the mooring cover redone. I will be adding two more speakers in the front as well. Over the winter I will be putting a 4.3L merc in it. Yes - pully to prop. Looking for a donor boat over this summer. It was a fun project. Will post some pics of the hull wrap and new mooring cover as soon as its done. cheers for now. Stu

well I could not find a donor boat for the 4.3L over the winter :( so no motor swap yet!! But I did get the hull wrapped looks good for a Bayliner. Got plenty of looks with lots of questions from people. As soon as the weather warms ups I will be putting those front speakers in with a brand new depth sounder and Navi. also need to put a bilge float switch in as well. The boat will be in the water all summer this year. Up until now she has been a trailer queen. So im trying to prepare the boat and myself for this.
