ok i have been restoring my 89 cobia it has a 88 85 hp force i have never done this so im asking for help i have the old sw but it was some crazzy rig and i never got it to work the harness is all there..... some one please help me

i need to know the what color wires go to the ignition switch on the back of the switch there are letters a m m b i c what color wires go to what letter thank in advance for your help

Click on advanced search (upper right). Type in, force ignition switch wiring, at keywords. Click search now. Third entry by Playyas4u "guages not working", click it and scroll down to Frank's post.

red goes to b, yellow to s, green to c, and wht & blue to the either m, orange to I

thanks going to try no when i get home...... just so i dont feel to stupid dose the fuse box have to be installed to turn on the boat?

thank u so much i got it to work.... o and the boat was in gear so it would have never turned over lol
