87 johnson 150 gets spark plugs fouled easily

i need help, my 87 johnson 150 gets the plugs fouled easily, when i go fast the engine boggs down at the top end ,???

I have a 87 Johnny 150 which was consistently fouling the starboard top plug which bogged the engine down at WOT. I decarbed the engine using info from the sticky files up at the top; cleaned up the carbon very well and no more problems so far. Hope this is what you need.

Check all your fuel connections as if you have a air leak the VRO/OMS pump will double pump causing over oiling.
