85 Mercury inline 6 115..no power

I rebuilt the carbs, fuel pump, new plugs and gas, new stator, has good compression and has spark but won't go above 2200 RPM in the water. Thoughts?

Link and synch done properly? Spark to all 6 cylinders? Gas to all carbs?

What pitch prop and what size boat?

Hi, Have it running and pull off one plug wire at a time and look for one that makes no difference when you pull the plug off, that will narrow down which one or more cylinders are not right.... might want to wear a glove or use pliers or something to avoid shock......
