Motor runs ok at idle but at low speeds its reallyrough and misses and shakes.. At wot runs fine.. Not plugs not coil and carbs have been recently syncd so any ideas???
Ok so i adjusted the carb on the cylinder that was weak and is idling higher and better now.. but in order to do that i had to turn the screw almost all the way in.. Is that bad? Idling perfect now gonna take it on the water here later.. Any thoughts anyone?
Pull your fuel pump and check the diaphram. Deteriorated or torn diaphrams will run good at idle and WOT but your midrange will be rotten. Two things usually give it away, 1) excesss smoking at idle and 2) poor fuel economy.
