I picked up this boat and it appears to be a good candidate for some minor restoration (without getting into a complete restore). This boat is a copy of the Glastron CVX 16 hull. I noticed that the hull has a bit of 'Hook' back by the transom. The question I have is did Glastron add hook to the hull on their CVX models? These were mainly ski boats and it would make sense I suppose, as they need to plane off quick and needed their bow down for the most part. And, if they did, has anyone attempted to remove it, and if so, what effect did it have. thanks
