787 RFI oil line question

There are two lines from the bottom of the oil tank. One goes to the oil pump and the other larger line to the lower starboard side of the engine. What is the purpose of the larger line?

I believe that goes to your rotary valve. That needs lubrication as well and doesn't get it from the oil pump.
