Just purchased a 78 85hp javelin johnson. Fired up great when testing it to buy. Brought home and test ran it. Apparently is seems to be running rich with LOTS OF smoke coming from exhaust. Replaced with new champion plugs fired up and at high idel all 4cyl fire. After a fews mins at idle will foul out on one or two of lower cyl plugs. Question, how do I change the lean/rich on carb first. Thanks.
