78.800,stringer exaustseal

the seal between upper and intermedate wont seal when tilt is down ? manual dos'nt show any adjustment?any ideas. yes just put in new seal to see if that would work. didnt.

I hope you do not think that all the exhaust is supposed to exit the prop hub? There are relief ports between the annode block and the botttom of the intermediate housing port that allows exhaust to escape at an idle. Otherwize it would be like having a potato stuck in your exhaust pipe trying to force the exhaust down and out the prop when the boat is sitting still.

thank you for that,looked there ,makes sence.old oring cracked any way.
