"78 " 7.5hp Tiller Adjust

Does anyone know how to adjust the tiller on the 7.5? I was on the lake all day yesterday trolling and the motor constantly was vibrating to the port side. I have looked it over carefully and can't find any means of adjusting. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Looking at it from the tiller, just beyond the pipe that the motor pivots on when it tilts you'll see a cap screw; either 7/16" or 1/2". It's kind of tough to get at.. use a box wrench.
