77 Starcraft Holiday prop

Hello,
I am new here. I just purchased a 18 foot Starcraft Holiday with the 2.5 120hp Mercruiser and looking for a prop size. The boat did not have one when i bought it so I am having a hard time trying to figure it out.All around performance not really into skiing, so I'm not looking for a holeshot.

I boat wont be loaded with much lets just say 3 people and 100lbs of gear.

Someone may have a similar boat and make a suggestion.
My educated guess would be a 19" pitch.Look it up in the prop store and the diameter will follow.A 19 may be a little underpropped but easier to live with than over propped.Just stay below the max recommended rpm.Probably a label on the motor.Someone should be along with a more specific suggestion.

Thanks for trying, I was leaning towards a 14.1/4 x 21 but not sure and hate to spend money to find out i was wrong.

I have a 76 starcraft holiday with the merc 120 also. I currently have a 15 1/2 with 19" pitch and runs fine.

Thanks for the reply. Do you know what RPM at wot you are turning with the 15.5 x 19. How about cruise speed ? any help would be appreciated.

on smooth water i can run about 35mph at about 500 rpm below redline. The lake I'm at is usualy pretty choppy, and I run about 25mph at 3500 rpm. I typically run about 18-20mph cruising at 3000-3100 rpm. I can pull two people on a tube between 15-20 without any issues and it always planes out nice once its trimmed the first time.

I've got a 77 Holiday with the 140 Mercruiser and was thinking about props lately as well. I'll check out what's on mine when I get back to the boat in a week or so as well. I'm looking at all round performance as well as the ocassional tubing, etc.
