74 Mercury 20hp

I have never owned or worked on a merc, but looks like I will be obtaining a 74 20hp. I was just wondering do these use just coils, points, and condensers?

and would anyone know the weight of this motor, its the short shaft.

It's CD ign. and the parts are no problem and the weight is 96#
