74 glastron fixer

i have a 1974 sportster xlwith a 115 evinrudeoutboard.i just want to fix it up so i can take my son fishing...does anyone out there have a wiring diagram for this boat...also i think the floor has some rot.should i replace it with marine plywood, thanks

There aren't really any wiring diagrams for individual boats, but there some links to generic ones, somebody will come along attach one soon.

For the rotten floor, do a search here on "soft spot in floor" or "rotten deck" or something like that, you should find a few weeks worth of reading. After that you'll have more questions.

I had a nice generic diagram, but I can't seem to find it. The wiring isn't all that difficult...the harder part is motor wiring, which is only hard if you don't have the harness.
