Welcome to iboats.<br /><br />Either it isn't shifting, or there's nothing left inside to shift. How's the gearlube? Is the shift cable moving at the motor end?

Does the propshaft turn?<br /><br />Mebbe you just sheared a pin or spun a hub.<br /><br />Good luck.
