That does sound like a bottom end knock but it's frequency seems too low. Makes me think valve train but it doesn't sound like a lifter or rocker. The hollow sound is reminiscent of a crank throw hitting the oil pan or a con rod like Bt Doctur mentions but, again, frequency seems too low. Any chance the cam sprocket is hitting the timing cover? Or distributor gear is damaged? Please give more info about the rebuild

Sounds like one knock per revolution comes more so from the rear. Flywheel area maybe

Define '6.2L rebuild'. Was the engine originally a 6.2 (before the rebuild) or was it a 350 that's now been stroked? If it's stroked then who did the block clearances on the rotating assembly?

When I watch the video, I was counting 4 or 5 knocks per second but now I hear another quieter knock after the louder one so yeah one knock per revolution essentially.
