58 RDE19 35 hp throttle linkage help

appears the key is broken, of the lower part of the linkage, will not bring back to idle or take to wot. how to repair or part number. also starter is bad, got 3 cranks, and that was it. removed going to try to have rebuilt.

If you're saying that the nylon pin (304155) is broken and doesn't move the vertical throttle arm, remove the top two screws and the related linkage from the vertical arm and lift it up and out so that a new pin can be installed.

thank you, Joe, got it out & ordered, found shop to rebuild starter.
