50hp Johnson 2 stroke prop

I have an 18ft flat bottom that is very light (abt 300lbs hull weight) with a 50hp Johnson 2 stroke it has a crazy hole shot and tops out at about 30-33, I don’t have a tach but know I can get more speed out of it what pitch prop would you guys recommend

30-33 mph on an 18ft Boat with a 50hp, is actually very good. Now without more info, it is a Waste of Time to give any Recommendation

The prop I have on now is 12x17 and I can pretty much launch the boat out of the water if I pin it from a stand still

WOT Rpm range of that Engine
What WOT Rpm you are currently getting
Make and and Model of the Current Prop

are some of the Info that is REQUIRED, before any Objective and Accurate Propping Advice can be given.

So your an accurate teach reading everyone is guessing. Worse case is you might grenade your motor if it is over reving
