50 hp ser # A925600

Hello all. I have a 50 hp merc. Motor sleeping for aleast 10 years I assume it's a 3 cylinder but I only see 2 carbs. Are there 2 carbs or 3 ? Thanks

It is a 3 cylinder model:

1050726 MERCURY 1986 50

The motor is complete no missing parts took the plastic cover off and only saw 2 carbs I don't see a mount for a third carb
