5.7 volvo bogging!

my 5.7 volvo is bogging! checked fuel pressure, i have 0 on fuel cell and 30 psi on line right behind the throttle body, is there another port somewhere?

98 gsi tbi should i have fuel pressure at the schrader valve on top of the fuel cell?

Posst a full model number or a serial number. Then we can find out what system you have. WIthout that, who knows where things are located.
