Hi every one

I was see if I am correct on my block drains. I found a blue thumb screw under my knock sensor attached to the same piece as my knock sensor. The reason I'm asking is I just hooked up my super flush and want to make sure I'm not going to pump water into a place water is not allowed.

My engine is a 2002 5.7 merc

If your saying your knock sensor is attached to the same location as your block drain, then I need pics. I think your seeing something that isn't there. The drain is under the knock sensor but it is not the same connection

It is what it is! Water won't hurt the knock sensor, IF that's what yur worried for!

It's dumbest idea Mercury had for mounting that thing!

Black water residue or a corroded, non-existent o-ring that's supposed to be there ?
