Took it in to a mechanic to have the impeller replaced, he tested the compression and said it was fine. He changed the oil in the lower unit. Took it out on the water a few days later and it wouldn't start. It would crank, and continued to, but wouldn't turn over. Tried until the battery died. Any ideas?
