1984 Seaswirl 120/400 omc sterndrive,
So I've replace the seawater pump in the 400 sterndrive as it was totally gone? Only used it once last summer and assumed it melted to the housing and when I started it this spring probably tore it up.
However now I have a water circulation problem as nothing getting to the engine water pump?
I'm assuming that the rubber parts are lodged in the system somewhere? New thermostat too.
I've done this procedure before without any issues.
I have the book showing the flow of water and am planning to flush everything today.
Anyone have any other ideas?
