4 drain plugs in exhaust manifold?

Service manual says one drain plug in each exhaust manifold.
It looks like mine have 4 each (?). Does it mean I've got not original ones?
'77 Merc 888 ser# 4654593.

At that age its safe to say that the manifolds have been replaced at least once. And Merc manifolds of that era did have only one drain. 'nutcase

Just about every manufacturer of manifolds make them a little different.Dont lose any sleep over it.Charlie
