4.3l omc missing part?

attacehed is a picture of my 4.3L omc engine, there is only one belt and very little of it rest on the water pump pully, is this correct or are there parts missing, thanks

I have the same engine. But, mine has a power steering pump hanging off the port side of the engine - opposite the fuel filter. Your boat probably just isn't equipped with power steering.

shop.evinrude.com- figure out what year your rig is, and go have a look in the parts diagrams exploded views online
