4.3 with holley 650 double pump

can I use my 650 cfm holley double pump on vortec 4.3,what I need to change inside cab like jet or power vale,to make it run good with my 4.3 vortec,and I know it car carb , thanks alot

Welcome to iboats! Stay away from that carb on a boat! Must be a Marine application. A 4.3 requires only 400-500 CFM on it's best days anyway.
