How does this product compare to the 3M 5200 product ?
It says for permanent applications ^ and v the waterline.

I’ve only used the 5200 and it works perfectly. Not sure i’d trust anything else.

It sounds closer to 5200 than 4200 due to the verbiage about permanency, but I have no clue how well it bonds vs. the 3M products. I'm pretty sold on the 3M stuff...

I have a couple tests running now, various adhesive / sealing apps.
24 hrs to skin, 3 days to set/cure. wow.
I do like that is is readily available at warmart in the small quantity.
Still $12+ tho.
