Not sure where to start engine turns and turns but won't fire any stupid little thing I may be over looking?

Overlooking the kill switch (stupid) you wouldn't be the first one.

Grounds. Especially the fuel pump wiring assuming it's electric. Do you have spark?

If there's no spark, first check for power to your coil. Do you have points or EFI?

guessing you have points since its a 351 FORD motor pop dist. cap off and cheak the cap and rotor could be that burnt up or that corroded that they wont make the connections. hopefully its that easy.
