Neither system has risers. The v6 had batwing manifolds. I can see where there might be a bit of confusion as I said riser when referring to the exhaust elbow on top of the manifold. Should call it a shoulder lol.

I'll also note that the y-pipe is not circular but elliptical. The elbow is elliptical on the bottom and round on the top. And when I'm referring to elbow I don't mean the one on top of the exhaust manifold.

Ayuh,.... That I believe is called the 4" system,... the elbow inlet diameter is 4", Right,..??
The round y-pipe is usually 3"s...

The risers ya bought(on top of the manifold) bein' short,...
There are several different 1s,...
Are the outlets 4" or 3", diameter..??

I believe the entire system is 4". I removed the flappers because one set ended up in the exhaust outlet in the gimble housing, I know they're intended to prevent reversion but a lot of newer boats aren't even coming with them anymore. The hose diameters are all correct as they fit snug around their pipe counterparts, it's just that they seem to be too short to fit all the way in to where they should be. I believe all 16 clamps are tight and are actually around the metal, but each hose is about 1" or so out of its "home" position.
