Pull manifolds and inspect. I am betting they are at end of service life. I am also willing to bet the valves are rusty. You may get by with new risers and manifolds and rebuilding the heads

Is this a new to you boat?

Cracked exhaust manifolds are a sign of improper winterization.

Be for even buying manifolds, pressure check the block and heads. You may be looking for a complete new bobtail

And as much as I liked my old 888 it would be now that you would update to a more modern driveline with a chevy and an alpha 1 gen II from another boat. Much easier to get parts for.
