30 HP Water Pump

I have a 2010 30 hp merc 4 stroke, with a bad water pump. Any one do one? Wasn't sure so I took it to a dealer for $300.00 and a week turn around. I got six years out of it.
One dealer wanted $600.00, I laughed and walked out! Any help would be great so I can do it myself next time.

if this is the EFI motor (i've got a 25) this was the easiest impeller i have ever done......

Get a manual and have a go it really is very easy and not worth that sort of money!
