Engine will not start or hard to start changed fuel bulb. Checked Schrader valve fuel comes to top of valve

Then figure out why. Check the spark plugs, check the kill switch, and on down the line until you find the cause. But first figure out if that's the case.

What is the model? Older models had carbs. If EFI, what is the fuel rail pressure? Is there spark signal from the ECU?
