I need to go to his house to double check the timing, but it seems that my luck is never that good to have that be it simple.

Gonna pressure test the cooling system, anyone seen a cracked head or block and it not mix with the oil. If it is mixing, it's not showing up on the dipstick after ran for an hour in the water.
