3.0 head compatibility between 1971 and 2008

Before I sell all the good parts off my 1971 gm 3.0 (bad block) I was wondering if the heads are interchangable between a 1971 gm 3.0 and a 2008 3.0.
I bought a new 3.0 crate engine to replace the old 3.0.

I know the exhaust ports are different. New one has small ports old one has large ports.
But I used my old exhaust manifold with a special gasket.
I hope to never need a head for my new engine,, but just in case if they are interchangable I will keep.
I believe all the rest of parts (crank, flywheel, engine coupler, oil pan (old is 2 piece rear main, new is onepiece) are all different.

Ayuh,... That head will bolt on, 'n Run, ya No problem...

Probably worth a hundred or 2, if ya find someone needin' it...
