Hi all new to this site , cool stuff, I have 240 SD 1992 5.7 /alpha gen 2
think its not propped right , 3000, 28 mph wot 35mph anyone have this boat input ?

The engine needs to run between 4400- 4800 RPM @ WOT.

This is what it says on my 1992 5.7's intake cover.
Your speed vs rpm numbers are good... aspecially the cruise. Top speed... doesn't matter as long as you can reach your rpm.
