For some reason my freshwater pump is not working. I can hear the pump run but get no water out the hose. There is 8-10 gallons of water in the tank. I have tried to blow/suck out the lines with no luck. I have even tried to sphinon out the water (dont want the dead weight). There is no access to the tank or pump. I have contacted KW but it has been a phone tag game. I did speak to Tom once and he assumed there was access and was going to "look into it" and get back to me. Any one have the same issue?
