I have a 1972 Holiday that has been modified quite a bit but still has the original splashwell. I have a problem where the splashwell meets the transom. I've tried sealing that with just about everything I could think of but it always ends up cracking or pulling away which in turn lets the water drain down into the bilge. Attached is the latest attempt to seal this up. Any thoughts or suggestions?IMG_0671.jpeg

Not sure exactly what we’re looking at.

My splash well is glassed with scuppers thru the transom to drain the water.

Has a fold down “Starboard” door to allow the motor to be trimmed to full “trailer” position.

Mine looks like it's been spot welded in a few places. No screws that I see. Maybe I'll try to get some better pictures so you can see it better.

If you splashwell is separating all the time, I would check your transom to make sure it is still good. Something is twisting during use that is causing the stress/separation to occur.

Yep , Im thinkin something is flexing enough to keep pulling that seam apart. 🙂
