I have a 20hp seahorse that will run for about 5 seconds then it will flood out. I have pulled the plugs and blew the gas out, it will run for 5 seconds again then flood. It has good spark and, I took a look at the carb about a month ago and things were in good working order, though I am no pro at this kind a stuff. Since then it has had about 10 hours of use, during that time it ran well but would occasionally bog down at high rpm....any ideas?
