2024 G3 super slow gas fill

2024 G3 21' Angler with 200 & 9.9 kicker
Only have a few hours on it but one thing is driving me crazy, not sure if I need to take it back to dealer, or if this is a common problem.
When pouring gas in to the filler mounted on the gunwale, it keeps backing up unless pouring super slowly. I mean slow, it takes about 5 min to pour in a 5 gal can. While pouring the gas in I can hear bubbles and burps and if poured in other than a very small stream, it backups up and runs out the filler.
This is really annoying....

The question I have is whether this is normal or a defect. Anyone else with a G3 with internal gas tank that has similar problem?

I have had other brands with built-in tanks that have that same issue. If you don't have an anti siphon block you can help my using a long extension on the fill nozzle. By getting the fuel deeper unto the tank, you won't get all the air/ fuel trapped in the neck and it will fill faster. Sometimes there is a kink in the fill hose that traps air\gas in the fill hose. If a new boat, let the dealer correct it..
