Pretty sad. His dad Mike lost his wife a few years ago.....
Could be why the Bungles were so distracted last night (he was currently working as an Offensive Analyst for them) ... Very sad. Prayers for the family as they navigate this grief.

Eons ago it was "Suck for Luck" so....is there a QB1 that's coming out this spring that the Colts want?

Cause we can't say tanking in the NFL but apparently losing in spectacular fashion is ;)

Yes but....was it really all Saturday OR was it the lack of interference from the head coach to let the assistants actually do their job? We'll never know but I'd be curious just how much Saturday factored in given he had a very short turn around from taking the job to coaching in a game.

IF I was a betting person, I'd wager a majority of that win is on the assistant coaches.

True, but isn't that the job of the head coach, to set the game plan, to manage the overall game, to manage the coaches, and let the coaches do what they are hired to do?

So, maybe hiring a head coach who loves the team but doesn't have any experience in coaching other than high school, may be a good thing for this team (as long as the assistants know what they are doing?).

Hmmmm?
