I'm not denying breaking a rule technically. I'm just trying to make a point about the intent of the rule and how it seems to be randomly enforced. Nine years here, less than a handful of times where I have tried to help someone by selling them something through the forum as I always direct people to their local dealer...Just seems like the enforcement of the rules is a little capricious. Not complaining mind you, I just find it odd on the where, when and by who side.

I do not question your good faith, TG. It is your choice to not use PMs and instead violate our rules.

We greatly appreciate all the help you offer here. Not allowing personal info is for your protection and not allowing personal transactions in the forum is a legal issue.

Start using PMs and stop selling in the forum. Thanks for your cooperation.

I just broke a cowl for a 2004 9.8 4 stroke Tohatsu and had two questions:

1. Do you still have the 2007 used cowl?
2. Would it fit properly for a 2004 engine?

If yes to both, I would like to EDIT arrange a time to discuss further.
