Would appreciate any input on thoughts on price for this boat:

I would not be keeping it on that lake, so the slip is of no value to me.

Info from the owner...
"Yes, I am the original owner. I bought it brand new and kept it at my house in a covered slip on a lift at my own dock.

I do not have a trailer. There are no problems except the fuel gauge. I just open the rear hatch door and can see the level of fuel in the plastic tank. NO other problems. I turn the key and out we go. The battery is new. I have done this since 2008 when I bought it.

I am selling it because I have aged out of living in a big lakefront home. "

Service records attached.

My concern would be for the upholstery. Even though it sounds like it's been under cover, I would want to confirm the condition of the vinyl AND the stitching with a close inspection. If the vinyl isn't soft and supple with all stitching intact, it's got one foot in the grave. That can turn into a very expensive project - especially when you aren't planning on it.
