Ok.. so I started have a little issue with bogging down when doing a hole shot or wide open throttle. It’s a ski boat so in order to get people up on the skis I have to punch it. Now whenever I go full throttle or even 3/4 it Boggs down until it dies. If I slowly start the throttle it will go full throttle no problem. I was originally told it was probably a carb issue. I rebuilt the carb and still the same issue. I have so far replaced the entire carb with a new one. Replaced plugs , wires, distributor and cap. Cleaned the fuel filter I plan on replacing when new one comes. Oil and filter.
And still having the same issue starts up just fine but Boggs down as soon as I do a hole shot. Never had issues before where it would completely die but now it’s guaranteed to die when I do so. Any help would be very appreciated!

Do a compression test to verify health of motor

If your gauge is accurate then your hp is down, but still should run fine. The lowest cylinder should not be more then 10% lower then the highest
Yea I remember they were within like 2 points of each other from the lowest to highest
